My sugar & no-no cravings are all over the map. Yesterday, I could feel and taste one of the square almond flavoured caramels from the old 'Pot of Gold' Christmas boxes. Today, I would have killed for simple cheese and crackers. Nothing fancy - cheddar would have been fine.
Breakfast, 7:30am
-Granola with goat yogurt & almond milk
-3 pc potato/millet toast with margarine (end of the loaf!)
-lg coffee with vanilla almond milk
Lunch, 12pm
-1 pc leftover spelt pizza
-leftover chickpeas (approx 1/2 cup)
Snack, 2pm
-75g rice crackers with hummus
-corn chips
-apple
Supper, 6pm
-1 pc baked tilapia fish with peas and rice
-grapefruit
