October 12-14

Seriously, lady. How hard is it to stay the frack away from the raisins and dairy, and limit your wheat/bread intake?? Come on, it's packing on the pounds and you're just packing it in.

*sigh*

-2 lg servings homemade apple crisp with 1/2 L cool whip
-1/2 bag sour cream & onion chips
-2 apple
