September 15

Foodies
-fruit oatmeal crisp with soymilk
-2.5 pears
-2 nectarines
-1/2 raspberry Yop
-2 cups coffee with choc soy milk
-1 lg serving lasagna (ate on a large plate in front of the computer - sorry Tina!)
-whole lotta raisins (sorry Jay!)
-most of the strawberries/blueberries/mini-chocolate chips I dished out last night and then fell asleep before eating.
-2 granola bars
-2 bowls (5-6 cups?) of Veggie Sticks chips.
-2 sticks "carob mixed nut chews"
-2 ears corn on the cob, with butter, salt, pepper
-1/2 pc pork


Plus side:
2 tiny walks and 1 long walk. Just over 2km total.
