September 14

Foodies:
-fruit oatmeal crisp with soy milk
-Blueberry YOP
-2 pc toast with PB & jam
-2 nectarines
-1 pear
-1 lg coffee with choc soy milk
-1 granola bar
-chocolate protein shake (mixed with water)
-Tim Horton's chocolate danish
-Tim Horton's half hot chocolate/half coffee
-2 servings homemade meat & veggie lasagna
-approx 3 cups frozen strawberries with 1/2 fresh blueberries and 1/8 cup mini chocolate chips

Plus side:
3 walks totaling 4 km; 3.5 km of which was very fast and while wearing a heavy backpack.
