October 1

-2 pc toast with PB & J
-lg coffee with choc soy milk
-1 banana
-1/2 choc chip cookie
-4 peaches
-1/2 PB & banana sandwich
-lg coffee with choc soy & baileys
- cubed cheese & ham with crackers
-1 Tim Horton's caramel chocolate pecan cookie
-2 honey dip Tim Horton's timbits
-lots of water
-approx 100g garlic crackers (approx 375 cal)
-1 small homemade pizza (about equal to 2 lg slices), mushrooms, ham, salami, feta, cheddar
-1 glass wine
-Costco samplers: cracker with crab dip, organic veggie soup, pc of baguette with cheese & hot pepper jelly, rice pudding

plus side:
-slow 2 km walk in am
-walk around Costco for 30 minutes
