Foodies
-lg serving breakfast risotto (2 cups?)
-2 med coffee with choc soy milk
-2 pc toast with PB & J
-1/2 banana
-5 mini Halloween chocolate squares
-lg lemon green tea
- whole wheat & honey bagel with plain cream cheese
-grapes
-1/2 cheese stick
-apple
-rockin' moroccan soup (chickpeas, sweet potatoes, tomato, celery, spices)
-sampling of Epicure dips, made with a combo of sour cream, cream cheese, & yogurt, with corn chips, teddy graham crackers, strawberries, pineapple, melon
-3 cups mulled cranberry juice

Plus side:
3 km walk in am, pushing double stroller
