-lots of halloween candy

-lasagna

Nov 3
-honeynut cheerios with some all bran, soy milk
-lg coffee, coc soy milk
-2 apples
-lots of cheese
-1 pear
-lots of halloween candy
-2 fish cakes with ketchup & mayo (white & sweet potato, rice, carrots, cauliflower, salmon, spices, egg)
-1/2 box of mini ritz cheese crackers
-lasagna
