Cheated a bit today...

Breakfast, 8am
Spelt and oat granola with currants, cranberries and honey. Photobucket

Snack, 10am
Lg coffee with regular soy milk Photobucket

Lunch, 12:30
Miso soup
Avocado & Cucumber maki roll

Snack, 2pm
Handful of almonds
32g bag of plain microwave popcorn
2 piece spelt toast with goat cheese

Supper, 6pm
4-5 spelt baking powder biscuits
chickpea, sweet potato & tomato stew with spices, served on rice
