Breakfast, 7:30
Organic cornpops with almond milk
Md coffee with almond milk

Snack, 9:30
2 ryvita crackers with almond butter

Lunch 12-1pm
2 pieces spelt sourdough bread, toasted with goat cheese
Bowl of Amy's vegetarian chili, made with tofu
Corn chips with pepper hummus

Supper, 6pm
Pork rounds with vermicelli noodles and brussels sprouts
grapefruit

Snack, 10pm
Most of a 145g bag of plain Kettle potato chips
