2 blueberry coconut muffins
tea with almond milk
Snack, 12-ish
blueberry muffin
Lunch, 1-ish
Small bowl of cold oatmeal with blueberries & apples
Snack, 4ish
blueberry muffin
Supper, 6ish
Chicken & veggie cakes, rice, peas, corn
1/2 grapefruit
Approx 1.5 cups chocolate frozen yogurt
