-fruit oatmeal crisp cereal with soy milk
-lg coffee with soy milk
-1/4 lb chocolate skor fudge. It was stale. (Sorry, Jay)
-yogurt tube (50 cal, 1.5g fat, 7g carbs, 2g protein)
-Asian salad bowl (approx 175 cal, 13.5g fat, 12g carbs, 3g protein)
-several handfuls raisins
-choc protein powder (110 cal, 0.2g fat, 1.8 carb, 25g protein) mixed with 250 ml choc coy milk
-3 rolls
-approx 1.5 cups basamati rice with peas and 7 meatballs (approx 300 cal, 22g fat, 5g carbs, 19g protein) in sauce
-lg glass club soda/cranberry juice mix
-approx 3 cups frozen strawberries with a small handful of mini-chocolate chips.
