-scallops/broccoli/pasta in butter

-Tim Horton's chocolate danish
-Tim Horton's blueberry bran muffin
-Tim Horton's green tea
-homemade Mac & Cheese with french toast topping
-Pep chocolate bar
-Wonderbar chocolate bar
-3 apples
-1 pear
-lots of baby carrots

Plus side:
slow 2 km walk

Fallen totally off the wagon and have eaten so many bad things (and good things, but all in massive quantities) that I a) can't remember it all and b) am scared to post it even if I could remember it. I know I ate a whole box of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios over a 2 day span. Without milk, at least!

*sigh* Yep, time to get back on it.
