October 5 & 6

October 6
-cornflakes with 2/3 banana & soy milk
-lg coffee with choc soy milk
-apple
-cheese & crackers
-small amount salmon risotto
-1/3 pan fudge (rest of fudge given away!!!)
-1/2 bag garlic & chive crackers
-noodles with alfredo sauce, mushrooms, tofu, peas, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese
-canned peaches

Plus side:
Slow 2 km walk


October 6th
-2 pc toast with PB & J
-lg coffee with choc soy milk
-Second Cup chai latte
-Second Cup apple/cranberry muffin
-6 inch Subway turkey breast sub with mustard, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, peppers, cheese)
-6 inch Subway roast beef sub with honey mustard, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, garlic mayo?, cheese
-apple
-roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy (2 lg servings), peas & carrots
-2 tbsp Cool Whip
-canned peaches
-1 glass white wine
-2 pc toast with PB & J
-100g 70% dark chocolate bar (approx 500 cal, 30g fat, 60g carbs, 5g protein)

Plus side:
Hmmmm - walked 4 blocks.
