'Forbidden' granola with goat yogurt & almond milk
Snack/lunch, 1-3
3 buckwheat baking powder biscuits with goat cheese
4 ryvita crackers with almond butter
1 hardboiled egg
Snack, 5pm
2 buckwheat baking powder biscuits
Sliced cucumber
Supper, 6pm
Chicken, rice & broccoli casserole, made with cream of mushroom soup (minimal sugar, wheat & dairy, but still present.)
Plus side:
LOTS of walking (6+km?)
Saw my chiro and she feels that my body adjusted well and there was less discomfort to me due to less inflammation due to no sugar in my system.
