December 27 & 28

27th - Marvel at the train wreck! But my-oh-my, was it tasty!!!

Breakfast
Steel cut oatmeal with apples & cinnamon
Lg coffee with almond milk

Snack
Buckwheat biscuit

Lunch
Spicy turkey soup
Buckwheat biscuit


*drumroll, please*

Snack
1 glass white whine (1st glass in 6 weeks - good lord, it was enjoyable!)
2 deviled eggs (so 1 whole egg)

Supper
Turkey, dressing, mashed potato, carrots, buttered corn, dill pickle, 2-3 slices bread & butter pickles, taste of coleslaw, gravy, 2 deviled eggs (1 whole egg)
1 glass cranberry juice

Snack
1 glass white whine
3 (smallish) pieces cranberry cake



28th - was doing SO GOOD until that second snack just before supper.
