Breakfast, 9am
Steel cut oatmeal, made with cinnamon, nutmeg, and mixed berries
Lg coffee with choc almond milk

Breakfast 2, 11am
More steel cut oatmeal

Snacks, 12-4
5 homemade pumpkin applesauce muffins
4 pumpkin oat spice cookies
1 nibble sugar cookie
3 ryvita sesame crackers

Meal, 4pm
Vitamin veggie soup with goat cheese

Supper, 7pm
-Applesauce & cranberry slow-cooker roasted pork, mashed potatoes, peas & corn
-Pumpkin muffin
-Pumpkin cookie
