Brrrrrrr... it's COLD! Would love to warm up with a hot chocolate. Booo!

Approx 2 cups steel cut oatmeal with berries

Snack, 10am

Vitamin veggie soup with goat cheese
2 pc spelt toast with goat cheese
32g bag plain microwave popcorn

Snack, 3pm
small Tim Horton's coffee with milk

Supper, 5:30pm
Roast chicken with salad (romaine, carrot, red cabbage, feta, herbed lemon juice & olive oil dressing), blue corn chips with guacamole

Snack, 9pm
Pumpkin muffin

Weight: 161, evening, unclothed.
