4 ryvita crackers
1 egg chopped up with a smidge of mayo and goat's feta cheese
100g almonds
Snack, 3pm
Apple
1 cup tea with almond milk
Spicy pork, carrot & noodle soup (ginger, garlic, onion)
Snack, 4pm
Several handfuls Ritz Bitz with peanut butter - approx 9g sugar :(
Supper, 6pm
Beef Hash: diced potatoes, fried with ground beef, onions, green pepper & butter
1 tsp chocolate frozen yogurt
