Feb 11

Being sick pays off in the weight department! Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm sitting at a nice 150. Sweet!

Yesterday I had toast, 4 cups of pudding (72g sugar - oops), mini-Ritz bits cheese & crackers, an orange, a grapefruit, raisin bran with blueberry yogurt and almond milk.)

~Today~
Breakfast, 7:30
Raisin bran with blueberry yogurt & almond milk

Snack, 10-4
2 muffins
chai tea with soymilk
3 nectarines

Supper, 6pm
Handful of Ritz bits crackers
Small dish of lentil & rice pilaf with squash and zucchini
Small bowl of raisin bran with almond milk

Snack, 10pm
Tea with milk
Bagel with butter
