-short walk - less than 2 km (sat in class for 3 hours)

September 25

-6?7?8? sorta homemade banana blueberry oatmeal muffins (used a mix, but added fruit/berries)

-1/2 serving Tim Horton's chili, 1/2 roll

-split pea, ham, black bean & lentil soup with 3 rolls
-PEP chocolate bar
-Dark chocolate bar

-slow walk in evening - less than 2 km

September 26

-split pea/ham/black bean/lentil soup, 2 rolls

-spaghetti with veggie & meat sauce

Plus side:
walk in morning 2km, plus walked around the POMBA sale for 3 hours
walk in afternoon - 2km, plus carried lots of groceries on my back

September 27

-some grapes
-potato veggie soup with toast (1pc) & butter

-beef hash: gr beef, red & green pepper, onion & potato, all fried up in butter
-almost 2 cups chocolate pudding with 1 scoop cool whip

Ummmmmm, I did lots of laundry.

Bah - I hate these catch up posts. I just know I am missing several crucial foodies. Oh well, it is a good facsimile, anyway.

21st

-elbow noodles with homemade meatballs, mushrooms, Parmesan, pasta sauce
-2 scoops Cool Whip, approx 2 cups strawberries, handful of mini-chocolate chips

22nd

-caramilk chocolate bar
-boxed mac & cheese with added peas, cheddar and pureed hard boiled egg
-2.5 apples
-entire angel food cake (600 cal)
-lots of cheese
-granola bar
- half a serving of mussels, shared cheese plate, lots of bread with oil & vinegar, full serving cesear salad
-2 glasses wine


Plus side:
s.l.o.w walk around the block with Felix

23rd

-lg coffee with choc soy milk
-serving of noodles with meatballs
-Starbucks tall, decaf, soy, no-whip, half pump mint mocha
-Starbucks pear almond muffin
-granola bar
-2 pc tilapia fish (baked) with mayo & parmesan sauce, rice, broccoli, 1 ear corn with butter
-1 small container raspberry yogurt
-2 scoops Cool Whip, Approx 2 cups fresh strawberries, handful mini-chocolate chips
-1 small glass white wine

Plus side:
Fast walk & run in am (3km)
Exercise class - 45 minutes cardio

Weigh in - 166lbs, unclothed, morning

September 20

Well, being that it was Elliot's birthday... I mainly ate cake. And fruit salad. And homemade mini-cheese pizzas. And coffee, with cream. There may have been some carrot sticks? And corn chips with hummus. But definitely cake, though only, ummmmm, 4-ish pieces. And 2 were quite small.

Plus side:
1 brisk 1 km walk in morning
1 slooooow 2 km walk in evening

18th
Foodies

-lg coffee with baileys
-5-6 arrow root cookies
-Subway turkey breast sub with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, cheese, lots of pickles, mayo
-double chocolate cookie, oatmeal raisin cookie
-med green tea
-1/2 pear yogurt
-1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream, on a cone
-1/2 large bowl of haddock chowder. (Blech - made with salted haddock and semi-done potatoes. Not too tasty.)
-2 glasses lemonade
-vanilla pudding
-1 glass white wine

Plus side:
Lots of walking...
1 km in morning
3 km in afternoon, plus walking around the mall for 3 hours
3 km in the evening, wearing Felix on my back


19th
Foodies
-oatmeal raisin crip cereal with 1% milk
-lg coffee with choc soy milk
-5-6 arrow root cookies
-few grapes
-300g two-bite chocolate brownies
-Club sandwich with fries
-2 glasses pepsi
-1/2 english muffin, toasted with Becel & jam
-1 baked potato with sour cream
-5 chicken mcnuggets with sweet & sour sauce
-DQ peanut buster parfait

Plus side:
Walked around the grocery store and the mall for a long while. Had car access, so drove most of the day.
